Refund Policy for Talent Hub Training Institute

1. Money-Back Guarantee 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you're not happy with our recorded classes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the specified time frame. 
No Refund for Live online or offline class
No Refund of Seat booking amount <=1000/- rupees if the candidate denied to attend the class after class allotment and Study material distribution through our apps.
 

2. Eligibility for Refund 

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply: 

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the classes or participating effectively, we'll gladly process a refund. 
  • Dissatisfaction: If you find that the content doesn't meet your expectations or isn't what you were looking for, you can request a refund. 
  • Incomplete Course: If you haven't completed more than a specified percentage of the course (e.g., less than 20%), you're eligible for a refund. 
  • Within the Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. 

3. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide Details: Explain the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details. 
  1. Verification: We may ask for verification that you've attempted the classes or encountered issues. 

4. Refund Process 

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7  business days after approval. 
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

5. Exceptions 

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds

  • Completed Courses: If you've completed more than a specified percentage of the course (e.g., 20% or more), no refund will be provided. 
  • Abuse: Refund requests due to abuse or fraudulent activity will not be honored.
